Dana joined Work Healthy Australia in 2019, initially based in Queensland. In 2021, she relocated to Victoria to pursue a degree in Medicine.
Before joining Work Healthy Australia, Dana honed her clinical skills in private practices on the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast, focusing on sports and rehabilitation clinics.
From 2017 to 2019, Dana served as the Team Trainer for the NSW Women’s Indoor Cricket Team at the National Championships. She has also volunteered her expertise for Surfing Australia, the World Surf League, and Iron Man Sunshine Coast.
Dana has a special interest in injury prevention and management, supported by her clinical focus on functional and rehabilitative-based care to help people move better and recover faster. She has also trained in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation (DNS), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), and Active Release Techniques (ART).
In her spare time, Dana enjoys playing tennis and getting lost in a good book.
