A strategic thinker, change agent and values driven leader, Greg grew Maurice Blackburn fourfold, organically, in just over a decade at the helm. Maurice Blackburn is now Australia’s leading social justice law firm with over 30 offices across Australia and more than 1100 staff.

Greg’s diverse career includes starting as a junior lawyer at Darvall McCutcheon and spending 13 years in academia, eventually becoming a Professor at Monash University. His extensive experience also involves research at the OECD in Paris, contributions to government councils, and leadership roles in the financial sector.

He holds a Master of Laws and a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Greg speaks French, reads widely (mostly non-fiction now), is a cricket tragic and enjoys writing.
