James founded Work Healthy Australia (formerly Soft Tissue Centre) in 2000. James has extensive experience in developing and implementing injury prevention, treatment and management programs in Australia’s manual handling industries, and is well-versed in worker’s compensation and early intervention.

James has a diverse academic background, including a BSc from Guelph University in Ontario, Canada, an MA in Arts with a focus on Environmental History from the same institution, and an MSc in Chiropractic from Macquarie University in NSW, Australia. Additionally, James specialises in Functional Movement Screening and Functional Integrative Needling.

Beyond his involvement with Work Healthy Australia, you can find James staying active with his family, overseeing his other business ventures, and indulging in his passion for entrepreneurship as the President of the Melbourne chapter of the Entrepreneurs Organisation.
