Karelien joined Work Healthy Australia in 2022 as a Workplace Health Provider.  She brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for helping people find lasting solutions to their health concerns.

As Queensland Operations Manager, Karelien is responsible for overseeing the consistency and delivery of superior clinical care by Workplace Health Providers. She ensures the implementation of systems and processes across client sites, maintaining a consistently high level of service from all clinicians within her team.

Karelien is dedicated to supporting her team, building strong client relationships, and ensuring that operational processes align with the business’s standards of excellence. Her clinical background provides valuable insights that help her lead with an understanding of both patient care and operational efficiency.

Outside of work, Karelien enjoys long walks, practising yoga, and stand-up paddleboarding to stay active. She also loves travelling and exploring new places with her family.
