I love that no day is the same. Each day is filled with different challenges and opportunities, allowing me to meet and interact with people from various walks of life.
A typical day often involves driving to client sites while listening to AFL podcasts. If it is a long drive, I tend to stop for a coffee break. Once at the client site, my day is always busy with treatments and pre-employment testing.
I always advise my patients to engage in healthy habits and look after their mental and physical health. Physical exercise, stretching, sleeping, and eating the right foods can go a long way in maximising how we feel
day-to-day, keeping us healthy and happy while at work.
How do you stay healthy?
I keep healthy by playing footy for the Hillside Football Club in north-western Melbourne. I also try to get to the gym a couple of times per week, focus on high-quality sleep, and eat a diet rich in nutrient-dense foods.
