It gives me a chance to meet a wide range of interesting people in new and different contexts that feel worlds apart. I enjoy the process of deducing what is needed to help heal an injury and return patients back to their normal functioning.
By putting me out on the floor to gain a solid understanding of how roles are performed, and to see the working context of existing patients. Discussing injury trends in certain roles will be of benefit, particularly when a new technique or task has been introduced as the shift complaint profile can be palpable.
You can find me getting stuck into project work, and staying up to date with new treatments and ideas.
Regular karate and jiu-jitsu training, with a good dose of Sunday/Monday meal preps for the week. Recently I’ve ventured into yoga at home due to its accessibility, and have found it to be a great complement to martial arts with the focus on core strength and flexibility.
