What do you like most about your job?
Going to work with lots of passionate people and having fun knowing we are doing something meaningful that helps others.
What are you most proud of?
I am proud that we make a difference for both our clients and their employees. We get lots of feedback from the workers, our patients, about how much they appreciate that we were able to help get them better and keep working, and how this makes them feel their employer cares about them. From both the feedback from our clients, and from our own injury data, we can see we are saving our client’s money by reducing injuries, which has the flow on effect of improving culture on site.
What is your focus for 2023?
In 2023 we will continue focus on improving our systems and processes to ensure that can provide the highest level of service to as many people as we can. We will continue our research and development and to innovate new ways to help workers even more effectively.
How do you stay healthy?
I try to eat well, regularly go to the gym and enjoy running. Being fortunate enough to live in a semi-rural area means I can get out in nature and enjoy the fresh air walking the dog or in the garden.
