Ruth studied a double degree of Bachelor of Health Science and Bachelor of Applied Science in Osteopathy at RMIT University, graduating in November 2020.

Ruth’s career path has been shaped by her passion for pre-intervention treatment, a field she eagerly explored after gaining experience in onsite residential aged care and at a family private practice. Her exposure to both chronic and acute injury presentations fueled this excitement.

She enjoys using a combination of rehabilitation techniques, including manual joint manipulation and soft tissue therapy.

Outside of Work Healthy Australia, Ruth enjoys spending time savouring new cuisines and drawing.
